Josh Armstrong, Partner
Never shying away from a challenge, Josh has experienced a wide array of drafting, project management and construction positions during his professional career. Primarily based in Colorado and being a native, the plan is to put those roots to good use. While working on projects nation wide and a very few (thus far) beyond our continental borders, Josh plans to stay in this beautiful state. Having taken a childhood of being immersed in the drafting world and appreciated the true artform that it is intended to be, he brings a youthful exuberance and care to each and every project and client.
In total, Josh has 24 years of experience in the drafting/construction industry; not to mention having been born into it via the custom home building sector. He's owned a successful drafting firm primarily handling single family residential and small commercial designs while managing teams of drafters for large local and nationwide firms. With experience in various markets such as hospitality, senior living, commercial tenant improvement, custom and production residential, landscape/outdoor design, commercial gaming and more, Josh has been involved in numerous drafting/modeling and various project management disciplines over the years.
Jeremy Hendricks, Partner
Peppering his career with designed and built projects in multiple markets around the country, Jeremy has a design eye with technical expertise. His 11 years of experience in New York, Los Angeles and Denver have involved large-scale multifamily and hospitality to senior living and single family residential. Jeremy's passion for challenges both in and out of the office are represented in his approach to design.
